We are looking for a part-time (approx 15-25 hours per week) experienced barista to join our awesome team.

You MUST have previous barista experience working in a specialty fast-paced coffee shop.

​

Beyond making awesome coffee, we are looking for people who are outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable about Kits, Vancouver and community engagement.

​

A vital part of the job is to be an ambassador for Kitsilano and make locals and tourists feel at home in our community. Kits Beach Coffee is rooted in corporate social responsibility through multiple community engagement programs. Job Type - Part-time (12-24 hours per week)

Barista Candidates MUST possess ALL of these attributes:

• Be available to work weekdays and weekends between 7am-5:30pm

• Have excellent communication and customer service skills

• Have AT LEAST up to 1 year of experience as a barista

• Be very fast and efficient while maintaining order accuracy

• Be mature and confident when working alone

• Have good problem-solving skills

• Clean and orderly
